The soul, heart, mind and body want to be healthy and whole.
If something is off or out of alignment (relationships, career, money, etc.) it will impact our health.
This often manifests as physical or mental ailments. A warning sign that we’ve gone down the wrong path or that we’ve ignored an important lesson along the way and that we need to course correct.
How do we solve this?
GO WITHIN!
Movements such as somatic movement, yoga, qi gong can help to dissolve and release trauma that has been stored in the tissues of the body.
Meditation, breathwork, and mantra chanting requires the brain by creating new neural pathways, tones our vagus nerve and strengthens our rest, love and connect state - the parasympathetic nervous system.
The body and mind can heal and wants to heal they just need you to pay attention, listen to the warning signs and try your best to stay in equilibrium.
This isn’t a quick fix.
It’s not always easy.
This requires courage and devotion.
It’s 1000% worth it!
