An Alternative to Talk Therapy
There are more ways to heal trauma than just talk therapy. Not every traumatic experience happens through language and words. So why do we think that by talking about our problems we will be able to fully resolve them?
Yes, talk therapy can be a supportive healing modality but it’s not the only one and depending on how you experienced your trauma, there might be another healing modality that is more supportive and effective.
In No More Mind Games my 1:1 mentorship program I offer an intuitive and layered approach to supporting and empowering you to heal yourself and any “baggage” you’ve been carrying from unprocessed trauma.
Depending on your specific condition, traumatic event, and/or how you are on the day of our session, I will guide you and teach you specific movements, sounds, breathing techniques, meditation practices and more that assist in accessing trauma, old wounds, old stories, limiting beliefs that are held in the body on a physical, mental or emotional level.
This is a powerful and effective alternative to talk therapy. We don’t even need to know on a cognitive level why or how these trauma happened. The healing modalities or somatic movement, trauma-informed yoga, restorative yoga, qi gong, art making, energy and sound healing, visualization, and more, all aid in healing and clearing.
