SOMATIC
BREATHWORK
Somatic Breathwork is a deeply immersive experience where participants lay down with closed eyes as I skillfully guide them through a journey within that incorporates breathing techniques, sound healing, vocal toning, meditations, movements, and energy healing. Each session is characterized by its uniqueness, being intuitively guided to support emotional releases, clearing of stagnant energy, stored trauma within the body while also toning the vagus nerve, building resilience and adaptability.
Originating in ancient Eastern traditions over 2000 years ago, breathwork has found its way into the Western consciousness, gaining recognition for its ability to fortify the connection between the soul, heart, mind, and body. This intentional manipulation of breath serves as a powerful tool for achieving specific mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical effects. The diverse techniques involved in breathwork contribute to enhancing overall well-being, stress reduction, and nervous system regulation.
