Somatic Breathwork is a transformative healing practice that uses the power of the breath to release stored trauma, emotions, and stagnant energy from the body. Rooted in Eastern traditions and now gaining popularity in the West, this technique helps restore emotional balance, reduce anxiety, and promote physical well-being.
Guided by me, Suse Silva, participants lie down with eyes closed, using a combination of intentional breathing techniques, sound healing, and movement to enter a non-ordinary state of consciousness. This process activates the body’s natural healing intelligence, allowing each person to access and release emotions like grief and anger, clear blockages, and build resilience.
