Why I Love Teaching Corporate Yoga and Meditation

I absolutely love teaching yoga and meditation to companies that understand the importance of preventive care in the workplace and proactively supporting their employees.

I am grateful that movement and meditation in the workplace is something that many leading companies are incorporating into their workday to avoid corporate burnout and improve their employee experience because mental wellness should be every company’s priority.
